Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently whilst demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questioning and provide tailored styling recommendations
- Suggest complementary products and create complete, cohesive looks that showcase multiple ways to wear pieces
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain stockroom organization and POS transaction accuracy
- Reinforce positive customer choices and encourage repeat visits through authentic engagement
- Demonstrate openness to omni-channel and virtual selling techniques whilst leveraging social media awareness
- Execute flexible scheduling to meet business needs, including high-traffic retail days and public holidays
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Physical capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom spaces
- English proficiency at professional level
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods
