Kate Spade New York Stylist in Auburn, Washington – temporary part-time role in luxury retail sales and styling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and pairings
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support team development
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency at a professional level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury goods, fashion, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred but not required.

This position is based in Auburn, Washington, USA, within easy reach of Seattle.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
