Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Deliver personalised styling advice and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade collections.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons and promote complementary products to maximise average transaction value.
- Operate POS and complete transactions accurately while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: stockroom organisation, merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
- Employ omnichannel and virtual selling techniques to convert customers across channels.
- Build repeat business by reinforcing customer choices and inviting future visits.

Qualifications
