Role & Responsibilities

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and gift receipts, and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
- Maintain on-floor presentation and visual merchandising standards, including product replenishment and display upkeep.
- Support inventory control activities: receiving, stock replenishment, pricing and basic cycle counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, company policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods as required for temporary assignments.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise/boxes up to store requirements.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment for the duration of the temporary contract.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and prior seasonal/temporary assignments are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, visual merchandising or fashion is a plus.
