Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to deliver exemplary client service and drive conversion.
  • Oversee clienteling activities and maintain high standards of customer experience and relationship management.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory control including receiving, stock accuracy, replenishment and shrink prevention.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to align coverage with peak trading periods and business needs.
  • Support loss prevention procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and cash-handling protocols.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding and performance reviews; act as point of escalation for customer and staff issues.
  • Lead store opening and closing procedures and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for clients and employees.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail; luxury or premium fashion experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing sales teams.
  • Skilled communicator with strong coaching, conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organized, numerate and comfortable with basic retail financial tasks (cash handling, sales reporting).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods; authorized to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within retail; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or related discipline preferred.
