Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets and KPIs through coaching, visual leadership and hands-on floor management.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and customer service, resolving escalated issues and cultivating long‑term client relationships.
  • Lead daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, bank deposits and POS reconciliation.
  • Drive visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, executing product placement, displays and seasonal resets.
  • Manage inventory controls: receive and process shipments, conduct cycle counts, investigate variances and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
  • Recruit, train and develop sales associates; build schedules, administer performance feedback and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports, communicate local market insights and support local marketing or events as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion (typically 2+ years in retail with supervisory responsibility).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance management and staff scheduling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Sound numerical literacy and basic financial acumen for cash handling, reporting and inventory reconciliation.
