Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets and KPIs through coaching, visual leadership and hands-on floor management.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and customer service, resolving escalated issues and cultivating long‑term client relationships.
- Lead daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, bank deposits and POS reconciliation.
- Drive visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, executing product placement, displays and seasonal resets.
- Manage inventory controls: receive and process shipments, conduct cycle counts, investigate variances and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
- Recruit, train and develop sales associates; build schedules, administer performance feedback and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports, communicate local market insights and support local marketing or events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion (typically 2+ years in retail with supervisory responsibility).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance management and staff scheduling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Sound numerical literacy and basic financial acumen for cash handling, reporting and inventory reconciliation.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in retail management, business, merchandising or a related field preferred.
