Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets and deliver exemplary client experiences.
- Coach, develop and schedule frontline sales associates; conduct performance feedback and on‑the‑floor training to elevate product knowledge and clienteling skills.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards across the sales floor and windows.
- Manage POS transactions, daily cash procedures, opening/closing routines and basic administrative tasks.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention practices; liaise with regional management on shrinkage and replenishment issues.
- Resolve client escalations with diplomacy and ensure follow-through on service recovery and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with management on local marketing, events and clienteling campaigns to drive footfall and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of retail experience with at least some supervisory or lead responsibility, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a sales team to meet commercial objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric orientation.
- Good numeracy and basic administrative competence (sales reconciliation, scheduling).
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities; prior exposure to fashion or premium brands preferred and experience achieving sales targets and running store shifts required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further study in retail management, fashion or business is advantageous.
