Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor to achieve personal and store sales targets and KPIs; analyse performance metrics and implement best practices to improve results.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by modelling Kate Spade service behaviours, driving proactive outreach, VIP retention and post‑sale service.
- Coach, develop and onboard store staff; support recruitment and provide ongoing feedback to foster performance and career growth.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key‑holding responsibilities.
- Maintain inventory integrity through accurate POS transactions, receiving, transfers, shipments and timely stockroom replenishment.
- Drive omni‑channel and virtual selling initiatives, lead customer data capture for loyalty growth, and promote brand‑safe social media engagement.
- Ensure a safe, organised sales floor and stockroom; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Social media literacy, familiarity with platform trends, and comfort using omni‑channel/virtual selling and clienteling tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; must be physically able to lift and manoeuvre stock.
Skills
Experience
At least 2+ years in a retail service environment with responsibility for floor leadership or a supervisory/management function; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework or a degree in business, retail, merchandising or a related field is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
