Kate Spade New York seeks a Retail Supervisor in Tinton Falls, NJ to lead sales, coaching, omni-channel initiatives and store operations at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales floor to deliver a customer-first, high-energy shopping environment and model kate spade service behaviours.
  • Drive personal and store sales performance; analyse KPIs and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
  • Develop client relationships through proactive outreach, loyalty capture and VIP retention initiatives.
  • Coach, recruit, onboard and develop store team members; provide performance feedback and act as an advocate for staff development.
  • Perform and oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding duties.
  • Execute inventory functions accurately (receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs, damages) and manage stockroom organisation and replenishment.
  • Champion omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and clienteling, and promote brand-safe social media engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury/premium retail preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Social media literacy and familiarity with platform trends.
  • Comfort and experience with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
