Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales floor to create a customer-first, high-energy retail environment that delivers Kate Spade service standards.
- Drive personal and team sales performance against KPIs; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
- Build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, loyalty capture and VIP retention initiatives; model exemplary needs-discovery and service behaviours.
- Coach, develop and onboard store team members; provide performance feedback and act as an advocate for staff development.
- Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory integrity: process POS transactions, transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain an organized stockroom and timely replenishment.
- Execute omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, support live-stream and virtual selling activities, and lead customer data capture to grow loyalty.
- Promote brand-safe social media engagement and maintain awareness of platform trends to support in-store and digital activation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiarity with POS operations, clienteling systems and omni-channel/virtual selling tools; social media literacy and trend awareness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; willingness to hold store keys.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
- High standard of service orientation and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable team culture.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of supervisory or floor leadership experience in a retail environment; prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail leadership experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
