Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve personal and store sales targets and KPIs; analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions and best practices.
- Deliver exceptional client service by modelling kate spade standards — greeting, needs discovery, proactive outreach and VIP retention.
- Coach, mentor and develop store staff; support recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback and individual development plans.
- Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, POS transactions and register accuracy.
- Manage inventory integrity: receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain organised stockroom and timely replenishment to the sales floor.
- Execute omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, drive customer data capture for loyalty growth and promote brand-safe social engagement.
- Act as key holder with responsibility for store security and compliance with operational policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Maintain a safe, accessible sales floor and support visual merchandising standards to optimise sales conversion.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritise and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrated social media literacy and familiarity with omni‑channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail floor leadership or management experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail; proven record of coaching teams, driving sales and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
