Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and KPI benchmarks, including team briefings and performance tracking.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through on-the-floor training, role-playing and regular feedback to elevate clienteling and product knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by supervising service standards, handling escalated customer issues and ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising execution and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and basic administrative duties such as staff scheduling and timekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and local retail legislation.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a retail sales team with a focus on coaching and development.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to resolve customer escalations diplomatically.
- Organized with attention to operational detail including inventory controls, cash handling and shift management.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically requires a minimum of two years of progressive retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or lead role, preferably within premium or contemporary fashion brands.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
