Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales floor to create a high-energy, customer-first shopping experience and model brand service behaviors.
- Drive personal and team sales performance to achieve store KPIs; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, loyalty capture and VIP retention initiatives.
- Coach, onboard and develop store staff; provide constructive feedback and support recruitment efforts.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits and register operations; hold key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain stockroom organization and replenishment.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping) and promote brand-safe social media engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and operate confidently on the sales floor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfortable using POS, clienteling systems and omni-channel selling tools.
- Social media literacy and awareness of platform trends; experience with virtual selling or live-stream formats a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or floor leadership experience in retail; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. Combinations of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary retail management coursework or related study preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
