Kate Spade New York seeks a Retail Supervisor in Lee, Massachusetts to lead store operations and drive sales performance at a premium outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales floor team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee daily retail operations including inventory management, merchandising, and stock organization
- Provide direct coaching and feedback to frontline staff, modeling Kate Spade brand standards and customer service excellence
- Manage sales floor and stockroom logistics, ensuring efficient workflow and proper stocking procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and report on team KPIs to senior management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Maintain loss prevention protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with store leadership on promotional events, seasonal displays, and visual merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective teams
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional brand experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peak periods
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management tools
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably in the luxury goods or premium lifestyle segment. Experience managing sales floor teams, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or retail management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Lee, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
