Kate Spade New York seeks a Retail Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead sales-floor execution, client development, team coaching, and store operations while supporting productivity and profitability. The role requires 2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership position and offers a base pay range of $16.00–$24.75 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership by creating a customer-first, high-energy sales environment through effective floor supervision.
- Drive store productivity and profitability through team building, coaching, goal setting, client development, and adherence to Kate Spade New York standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador and lead by example, elevating service, selling behaviours, and operational excellence on the sales floor.
- Drive personal sales while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyse metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
- Build client relationships through proactive outreach and Kate Spade service standards; ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences; lead outreach to generate repeat business and retain VIP clients.
- Model Kate Spade service behaviours, including greeting clients, creating conversations, building relationships, and discovering client needs.
- Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, role modelling, and ongoing training and development.
- Provide store leadership with feedback on individual performance and development needs, and advocate for the team.
- Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture that empowers teams to thrive authentically.
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and securing the facility as a key holder.
- Process POS transactions and inventory functions accurately, including transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damages, to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain an organised stockroom and direct timely replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping.
- Promote brand-safe social media engagement and awareness of trends.
- Lead customer data capture to grow loyalty and repeat purchases.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
- Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury, premium, or comparable retail preferred.
Education
A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
