Kate Spade Retail Supervisor in Glendale, Arizona. Lead sales floor, drive client relationships, and manage store operations at an outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency
- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and Kate Spade service standards; ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences
- Model Kate Spade service behaviors ('host of the party'—meet, greet, create conversations) to establish strong client relationships and drive needs discovery
- Coach team members on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, and ongoing professional development
- Provide constructive feedback to store leadership on individual performance and development needs; advocate for team members and foster an inclusive, equitable, diverse culture
- Perform and supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and facility security (key-holding responsibilities)
- Process POS transactions accurately and supervise inventory functions (transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, damages) to maintain integrity
- Organize and manage stockroom operations; direct timely replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping; promote brand-safe social media engagement and trend awareness
- Lead customer data capture efforts to support loyalty program growth and repeat purchase initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail service or management roles within luxury, premium, or comparable retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive team performance toward KPI goals
- Proficiency with POS systems, omni-channel selling tools, and clienteling platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive with strong multitasking abilities
- Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and work the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and holidays
Skills
Experience
2+ years of retail service or management experience in a luxury, premium, or comparable retail environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant retail management training or certifications are advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
