Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs; analyze performance metrics and implement best practices to improve productivity and conversion.
- Drive personal sales while coaching the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and foster VIP retention through proactive outreach and follow-up.

- Manage POS transactions and inventory tasks (receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs, damage tracking) to preserve inventory integrity and availability.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and direct replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Champion omni-channel initiatives including virtual selling and live‑stream shopping; lead customer data capture to grow loyalty program participation.
- Promote brand-safe social media engagement and monitor platform trends to support in-store marketing and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and provide clear coaching and feedback.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Social media literacy and demonstrated comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

At least 2 years of supervisory or floor leadership experience in retail; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred. Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, business, hospitality or related fields preferred but not required.
