Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales-floor activity to achieve individual and store KPI targets; analyse sales metrics and implement best practices to improve conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive outreach, personalized clienteling and consistent post‑sale service to drive repeat business and VIP retention.
- Model brand service behaviours on the floor — greet, engage, discover needs and close sales — while coaching the team to replicate those standards.
- Coach, mentor and onboard sales associates; provide constructive feedback, support professional development and escalate performance and staffing needs to store leadership.
- Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register accuracy, key-holding and store security.
- Manage inventory operations: receiving, transfers, shipment processing, repairs and damage control; maintain an organized stockroom and timely replenishment to the sales floor.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping), promote brand-safe social media engagement and lead customer data capture for loyalty growth.
- Maintain physical capability to lift and manoeuvre merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to engage customers and lead a sales floor confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrated familiarity with POS transaction processing, inventory functions and clienteling/omni‑channel selling tools.
- Social media literacy and awareness of platform trends relevant to brand engagement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
At least 2 years in a retail service environment with hands-on experience in floor leadership or management; background in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or an associate degree in retail management, business or a related field preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
