Role & Responsibilities

• Drive personal and team sales performance to achieve store KPIs; analyse metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
• Lead the sales floor by example—deliver exemplary client service, model the brand’s service behaviours, and cultivate strong client relationships to drive repeat business and VIP retention.
• Coach, develop and deliver feedback to sales associates; support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training to build a high-performing team.
• Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
• Oversee POS and inventory functions (receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs, damages) to maintain stock accuracy and availability.
• Maintain an organised stockroom and direct timely replenishment to ensure optimal sales floor presentation.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and clienteling activities, to maximise sales and customer engagement.
• Lead customer data capture and loyalty growth initiatives; promote brand-safe social media engagement and awareness of platform trends.
• Foster an inclusive, equitable and diverse store culture that empowers team members and supports the brand’s community values.
• Perform physical tasks as required: lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Comfortable with omni-channel/virtual selling tools, clienteling systems and POS systems.
• Social media literacy with an understanding of platform trends and brand-safe engagement.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business needs dictate.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• High level of English language proficiency.

Skills

Experience

At least 2 years of retail leadership or floor supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

No specific degree required; combination of relevant retail education and supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
