Kate Spade (Antioch, TN) seeks a Retail Supervisor at Tanger Outlets Nashville to lead sales, clienteling and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales and lead the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs; analyze performance metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and after‑sales service; lead proactive outreach to grow loyalty, repeat purchases and VIP retention.
- Model brand service behaviors on the sales floor, foster needs discovery and create meaningful customer interactions.
- Coach, develop and provide feedback to sales associates; support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
- Perform and supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key‑holding responsibilities.
- Operate and oversee POS transactions and inventory functions (receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs, damages) to maintain inventory integrity.
- Manage stockroom organization and timely replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Lead omni‑channel and virtual selling activities (including live‑stream shopping) and capture customer data to grow loyalty.
- Promote brand‑safe social media engagement and maintain awareness of platform trends to support store marketing efforts.
- Maintain health and safety standards and perform physical tasks including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuvering of floor/stock areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and staff confidently on the sales floor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Social media literacy and familiarity with platform trends to support local store engagement.
- Comfort and experience with omni‑channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for the role, including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership capacity; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. A combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
