Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor to achieve individual and store KPI targets; analyse performance metrics and implement best practices to improve results.
- Deliver exceptional client service consistent with Kate Spade standards, model service behaviours and drive proactive outreach to grow loyalty and VIP retention.
- Coach, develop and mentor sales associates; participate in recruitment, onboarding and performance feedback to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory processes—receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damages—to preserve inventory integrity and availability on the sales floor.
- Maintain an organised stockroom and direct timely replenishment to maximise product availability and visual standards.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and customer data capture for loyalty growth.
- Promote brand-safe social media engagement, remain aware of platform trends and support in-store digital activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfort using POS and clienteling systems.
- Demonstrated social media literacy and familiarity with omni-channel/virtual selling tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
