Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily floor operations to create a high-energy, customer-first environment and model Kate Spade service behaviors.
- Drive personal and team sales performance by analyzing KPIs, setting goals, and implementing best practices to optimise productivity and profitability.
- Coach, develop and onboard sales team members; provide regular performance feedback and act as an advocate for talent development.
- Manage operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, POS transactions, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
- Maintain inventory integrity: process transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damages; organise stockroom and direct timely replenishment to the sales floor.
- Execute omni-channel initiatives and virtual selling (including live-stream shopping); lead customer data capture and loyalty growth.
- Promote brand-safe social media engagement and maintain awareness of platform and trend developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to prioritise and multi-task effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Comfortable with omni-channel and virtual selling tools, clienteling systems and POS operations.
- Social media literacy and ability to engage with platform trends for brand-safe promotion.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Skills
Experience
At least two years in a retail leadership or floor-supervisory role; experience within luxury or premium retail strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales KPIs and developing sales talent.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
