Kate Spade is hiring a part-time Retail Stylist in Wrentham, MA (Wrentham Village Premium Outlets).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating deep product knowledge.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, build complete looks and suggest complementary items to elevate the customer’s wardrobe.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and active promotion of seasonal assortments and add-on purchases.
  • Execute efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain visual standards and operational excellence, including stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment.
  • Utilise omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and social media awareness to engage customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule to support store needs including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays.
  • Perform physical tasks as required: lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment; styling or luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and maintaining stockroom organisation.
  • Willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques and participate in social media-driven selling.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
