Kate Spade seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Woodstock, GA to deliver personalised styling, drive sales and support omni-channel customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised styling advice and curate complete looks that align with each customer’s aesthetic and lifestyle.
- Greet and engage guests with confidence, demonstrate deep product knowledge and listen actively to uncover needs.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest complementary items and close transactions using POS systems.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products, encourage customers to explore new styles and reinforce purchase decisions to build loyalty.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation and visual presentation.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling opportunities, using social media awareness and digital tools when applicable.
- Work a flexible schedule—including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays—to meet store traffic demands.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre stock.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritising and collaborating within a team environment.
- Social media awareness and openness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or proficiency in the local market language) and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Prior experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrated success in sales or styling roles preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or credentials in fashion, merchandising, or related fields preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
