Kate Spade (Tanger Outlets Pittsburgh, Washington, PA) seeks a part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) to deliver styling, sales and omnichannel customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, build complete looks, and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Listen actively to customer needs and ask targeted questions to tailor recommendations.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience and execute accurate POS transactions.
- Maintain operational standards: organise stockroom, replenish floor merchandise, and support inventory processes.
- Use creativity and storytelling to showcase multiple ways to wear products and drive repeat visits.
- Support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives; adopt social media and digital tools to engage customers.
- Uphold brand presentation standards and assist with merchandising and store floor readiness.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience with fashion or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales and stock areas.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency where applicable).

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; previous work with fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands and familiarity with customer-facing sales targets is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or visual merchandising is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
