Kate Spade seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Waipahu, HI to provide personalized styling, drive sales, and support omnichannel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultations, guiding customers to select products that align with their aesthetic and lifestyle.
- Build rapport through active listening and insightful questioning to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Create complete looks and suggest add-ons to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and communicate brand storytelling to drive sales.
- Execute sales transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and visual presentation.
- Employ omnichannel and virtual selling techniques, encouraging customers to explore multiple ways to wear product.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic periods and public holidays; safely lift and handle stock as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Comfort with omnichannel/virtual selling and social media awareness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver in a retail environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; direct experience providing styling or personalized client consultations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
