Role & Responsibilities

- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and strong customer relationships across in-store and virtual channels.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience while maintaining operational excellence on the sales floor.
- Maintain stockroom organization, support inventory processes and assist with visual merchandising as required.
- Adopt omnichannel and virtual selling techniques, including social media engagement and remote clienteling when appropriate.
- Receive and deliver constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; perform regular physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; boutique or luxury retail experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency acceptable per market) and ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required; experience in luxury or boutique fashion retail is advantageous. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals through consultative service and styling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or merchandising coursework or vocational training preferred.
