Kate Spade is hiring a Part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) in Tucson, AZ to deliver personalised styling and drive sales at Tucson Premium Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly, assess needs through attentive listening and targeted questions to curate personal looks.
  • Provide styling advice across categories, suggest complementary items and create complete, on-brand outfits to increase average transaction value.
  • Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and support omnichannel/virtual selling when required.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and ensure stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy.
  • Drive sales results through storytelling and deep product knowledge while reinforcing customer loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays to meet business needs.
  • Perform physical tasks consistently: lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the store.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable with omni-channel selling and social media awareness; willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • English proficiency (or local language proficiency where applicable).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and to perform regular physical demands of the role.

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required, ideally with demonstrable selling results and experience advising customers on styling or outfit building.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
