Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer engagement by greeting guests, actively listening to needs and advising on complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade product.
- Provide personalised styling recommendations, suggest complementary items and demonstrate multiple ways to wear products to drive add-on sales.
- Manage transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems while maintaining operational standards on the sales floor.
- Maintain visual and stockroom standards: organize inventory, replenish merchandise and assist with loss-prevention and stock counts.
- Support omni-channel selling: engage customers via in-store, virtual and social channels and execute assigned sales initiatives and events.
- Work flexible hours to cover peak trading times, including nights, weekends, holidays and promotional periods; perform light to moderate physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing setting.
- Aptitude for styling and client advisory; comfortable recommending complete outfits and accessory combinations.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to adopt omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical duties associated with retail operations.

Education
