Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly; establish rapport and demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product assortments.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and suggestive selling to increase basket size and add‑on penetration.
- Deliver a seamless purchase experience including efficient POS transactions and checkout support.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise and replenish the sales floor and stockroom, execute visual merchandising directives, and assist with inventory management.
- Adopt omni‑channel selling practices and support virtual/remote customer interactions when required.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; perform routine physical tasks including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal and professional selling skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer‑facing role; experience in fashion, lifestyle or contemporary brands preferred.
