Kate Spade New York in Atlanta (Lenox Square Mall) seeks a Temporary Associate (part-time) to provide styling and sales; $15–$24.25/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly; establish rapport and demonstrate confident, up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Serve as a trusted stylist—listen to customer needs, provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary items, and assemble complete looks.
  • Drive sales through storytelling and relationship-building; convert interactions into purchases and encourage repeat visits.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory replenishment and organisation.
  • Show creativity in visual presentation and demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine product assortments.
  • Accept and give constructive feedback; collaborate proactively with colleagues to meet store goals.
  • Work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, busy season and holidays) and perform routine physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to perform physical duties: lift, bend, climb and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
