Kate Spade seeks a temporary, part-time Retail Stylist at Dolphin Mall in Sweetwater, Florida, to advise customers on styling and product selection, create complete looks, support sales, and maintain store operations. The role requires prior retail experience, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; base pay is $15.00–$19.25 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
• Offer styling advice, recommend complementary products, and create complete looks.
• Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
• Affirm customers’ choices and encourage them to return.
• Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kate Spade’s brand and product attributes across all categories.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
• Lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency or proficiency in the local market language.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
