Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrate deep product knowledge and build authentic customer relationships.
- Listen and ask targeted questions to discover customer needs; provide personalised styling advice and curate complete looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons and alternate ways to wear products to increase basket size.
- Execute efficient POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
- Support omnichannel initiatives and virtual selling when required; promote the brand across social channels.
- Reinforce positive customer choices and invite return visits to build long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience with fashion or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience within fashion, lifestyle or luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
