Kate Spade New York — Retail Stylist (part-time) in Sunrise, FL. Temporary associate role at Sawgrass Mills advising clients and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating deep product knowledge and brand DNA.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to help customers discover and express personal style; create complete looks and suggest add-ons.
- Use storytelling and visual creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and drive conversion.
- Execute seamless POS transactions and guide customers through purchase decisions and checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including organization, replenishment and merchandising.
- Support omnichannel selling and virtual engagement; adopt social media and digital selling techniques to foster repeat business.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to peers; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the store.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work collaboratively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Fluent English (or local language proficiency as appropriate for the market).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; experience in customer-facing styling or selling within a lifestyle or fashion brand is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This position is based in Sunrise, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
