Kate Spade New York at Sawgrass Mills (Sunrise, FL) seeks a part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) to deliver styling, client engagement and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and build rapport while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to create complete looks and recommend complementary items.
- Drive sales through storytelling, upselling, and active client engagement across in-store and virtual channels.
- Execute accurate POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques and support social-media or virtual selling initiatives when required.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Perform physical tasks as needed (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience preferred; demonstrated comfort with styling and customer-facing advisory roles.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with omni-channel retailing and social media awareness; willingness to learn virtual selling.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, climbing, stockroom manoeuvres).
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience delivering styling advice, achieving sales targets and operating point-of-sale systems is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This position is based in Sunrise, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
