Kate Spade New York in Sunrise, FL seeks a part-time Retail Stylist at Sawgrass Mills. Temporary role focused on styling, sales and POS; $15.00–$19.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and develop trusting customer relationships through active listening and consultative questioning.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product assortments.
  • Suggest complementary items and demonstrate multiple ways to wear or use products to increase basket size.
  • Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and guide customers through the checkout process.
  • Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual merchandising upkeep and inventory handling.
  • Drive sales results through storytelling, product knowledge and consistent follow-up to encourage repeat visits.
  • Adapt to omnichannel selling by supporting virtual appointments and using social media to engage customers.
  • Perform physical tasks as required — regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
  • English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by the market).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.

Experience
