Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with warmth and confidence, build rapport and demonstrate deep product knowledge.
- Conduct needs‑based styling consultations, create cohesive looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket value.
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience through storytelling and visual demonstration of multiple ways to wear product.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS; ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and store visual standards.
- Adapt to omni-channel selling opportunities and support virtual selling or social engagement as required.
- Provide constructive feedback, collaborate with team members and reinforce customer loyalty to drive repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work collaboratively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; experience in styling, fashion retail or customer-facing advisory roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail- or fashion-related coursework is advantageous.
