Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming, personalized customer service; discover client needs through attentive listening and thoughtful questioning.
- Provide expert styling advice and create complete looks, suggesting add-ons and demonstrating multiple ways to wear product.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and conversion-focused customer engagement.
- Maintain operational excellence: execute POS transactions, organise and maintain the stockroom, and support inventory processes.
- Support omnichannel selling and virtual appointments; adapt to digital and social media–driven client interactions.
- Ensure a seamless checkout experience, reinforce customer choices, and encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable learning and applying omnichannel/virtual selling techniques and social media–driven selling.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated selling skills and customer-facing advisory experience; familiarity with omnichannel sales or virtual client interactions is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
