Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and assess individual style and lifestyle needs through active listening and insightful questioning.
- Provide personalized styling advice, assemble complete looks and recommend complementary product pairings to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and convey brand story through persuasive storytelling.
- Execute omni-channel selling, including virtual consultations, social engagement and in-store transactions to drive sales targets.
- Maintain operational standards: manage POS transactions, organise the stockroom, conduct replenishment and ensure visual merchandising integrity.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience and follow up to reinforce customer loyalty and repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail sales experience; experience in fashion or luxury retail and styling is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques and engage with social media as a sales channel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the salesfloor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience required; prior experience in fashion or styling within a boutique or department store environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.
