Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly; provide personalised styling consultations and product recommendations to create complete looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling, and follow-through to ensure a seamless purchase experience.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and present multiple ways to wear and pair items.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Support omni‑channel selling and virtual client interactions; leverage social channels where applicable to engage customers.
- Maintain visual standards, replenish merchandise, and assist with inventory tasks including lifting and moving stock.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience is required; demonstrable success in a customer‑facing sales role preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
- Comfort with omni/virtual selling techniques and a willingness to learn social media engagement strategies.
