Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and authoritative product knowledge to build rapport and trust.
- Deliver personalised styling consultations, assemble complete looks, and recommend add-on products to elevate the customer’s wardrobe.
- Apply creative merchandising on the salesfloor to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine product assortments.
- Drive sales through storytelling, proactive prospecting, and sustained client relationships including follow-up to encourage repeat visits.
- Execute flawless transactions and maintain operational standards: POS processing, store presentation, inventory and stockroom organisation.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, incorporating social media where appropriate to support sales and clienteling.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by exchanging constructive feedback and supporting peers during peak periods.
- Perform physical tasks as required: regularly lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment; styling or visual merchandising experience preferred.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Willingness to learn and deploy omni-channel selling techniques and social media-driven client engagement.
- Proficiency in English (or the local market language) and basic POS operation capability.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as described and to perform physically active retail duties.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; demonstrable experience providing styling advice or consultative selling in a fashion or lifestyle environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
