Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Rehoboth Beach, DE to provide personalised styling and drive sales at Tanger Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and act as a knowledgeable advisor on product assortment and styling.
- Listen to customer needs, provide personalised styling advice and create coordinated looks that drive accessory and cross-category add-ons.
- Demonstrate product features and multiple ways to wear items to inspire purchase and repeat visits.
- Manage POS transactions and ensure a smooth, efficient checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, merchandise presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Contribute to sales results through storytelling, proactive client outreach and adherence to brand service standards.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- English proficiency.

Prior retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver personalised styling advice.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
