Kate Spade New York Retail Stylist position at Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Part-time, $15.00–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create cohesive looks that extend across product categories
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative presentation and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, brand storytelling, and deep product knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Participate in team collaboration and give and receive constructive feedback in professional manner
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and leverage social media awareness
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods as required by business needs
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated customer engagement and sales acumen required. Experience with luxury or lifestyle retail brands preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Product knowledge in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle categories valued.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
