Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and brand knowledge; build rapport to understand needs and preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary products to increase basket depth.
- Demonstrate product attributes across categories and translate brand storytelling into persuasive selling.
- Operate POS and manage transactions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Support omni-channel selling and virtual styling initiatives to amplify reach and drive sales.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and accessibility requirements; assist with light lifting and stock movement as needed.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience with lifestyle or fashion brands preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and manoeuvre across sales floor and stockroom.

Prior retail sales experience is required; experience in luxury, lifestyle or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or merchandising is a plus.
