Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest manner to support team performance
• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, busy retail seasons, and public holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• English proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holiday periods

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment is required. Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or accessories is preferred but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not strictly required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
