Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and build rapport with guests; demonstrate confident product knowledge across categories.
- Actively listen and ask targeted questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and recommend add-ons to increase basket size.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creative visual and verbal storytelling.
- Guide customers through the purchase process and ensure seamless, accurate POS transactions.
- Maintain operational standards: organise stockroom, replenish floor, and conduct inventory tasks.
- Meet sales targets through relationship-based selling and effective clienteling.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in apparel, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling techniques and social media awareness.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform routine physical duties.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; experience with styling or selling fashion/accessory products is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
