Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary pieces, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to style products and encourage customers to explore new approaches to self-expression
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback constructively to support continuous improvement
- Manage flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail periods
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail selling environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- English proficiency at a professional level

Prior experience in a retail selling environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of success in direct customer engagement, building rapport across diverse customer demographics, and achieving sales targets through relationship-driven selling approaches.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
