Kate Spade New York seeks a Part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) in Ontario, CA. $15.00–$24.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to create complete looks and recommend complementary items.
- Drive sales through persuasive selling, personalised recommendations and upselling of add-on products.
- Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and maintain operational standards on the sales floor.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, replenish merchandise, and support inventory accuracy.
- Adopt omni-channel selling behaviours, including virtual selling and social media engagement when required.
- Ensure an exceptional checkout experience and cultivate customer loyalty with thoughtful follow-up and invitations to return.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment is required, with demonstrated professional selling ability and a track record of delivering customer-focused results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
