Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling and product recommendations to customers, building complete looks and suggesting add-ons to increase basket size.
- Greet guests confidently, listen to needs, ask insightful follow-up questions and guide purchase decisions to a seamless checkout.
- Drive sales through storytelling, deep product knowledge and strong customer connections; meet individual and store targets.
- Operate the POS, manage transactions and maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Demonstrate omni-channel selling capabilities including virtual/omni selling techniques and social media awareness.
- Maintain merchandise presentation, organise stockroom inventory and assist with floor moves and replenishment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail days and public holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally with hands-on styling or client-facing selling roles.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with omni/virtual selling techniques and basic social media engagement for client outreach.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency where applicable).
- Ability to lift routinely at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates should demonstrate a track record of customer-facing sales, styling or advisory work and an ability to meet sales goals through consultative selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certifications in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
